SGBL’S POLICY WITH RESPECT TO THE USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may be requested to supply personal information during the use of this site,
especially while filling out the loan application. Each time personal data is collected,
SGBL’s site endeavors to include a link leading to the legal notice’ section related to this
subject. The confidentiality of your personal information is crucial for us. SGBL commits
itself to never disclose any of your personal data. No information is transmitted to a
third party.
To guarantee you an optimal security while doing a transaction on eSGBL, our
e.transactional service, SGBL has set up a 128 bits encryption system. This coding
technique is one of the safest and most efficient to date.
In order to have access to your bank information personal, you will be provided with a
user name and a password. We ask you to never disclose your password to any
person/second party. SGBL will never request your password in any way, neither by
phone nor by e-mail. The user is solely responsible for the preservation and
confidentiality of his passwords.
Under the “Young” heading, young users will find customized information. No personal
information is requested from the children. In addition, SGBL shall not send a direct
offer to any user mentioned as being minor.
